"Christen Unplugged" is a series of teaching days with Christen Forster. These days combine in-depth theological and biblical teaching with experiential and developmental activities. They are part of River Church’s full time training course The Big Year but are open for all to attend.
The Beatitudes
Jesus’s lifestyle manifesto is the Sermon on the Mount, which is summed up in The Beatitudes. This teaching explores the implications of His teaching on how a disciple should live, with room for personal reflection, revelation, response and ministry.
 Christen is the Leader of River Church in the Thames Valley. He has a strong teaching gift and a passion for the presence of God. Christen has a deep understanding of scripture which brings alive the God who is love and who is good.
"Unplugged" days give a unique opportunity for Christen's free-ranging style and depth of understanding to be appreciated. The price to attend each of these days is £25 by pre-booking online on the River Church website (or £30 on the door). The booking fee includes a sandwich lunch and refreshments.
